ita – Nel loro prossimo imminente e strabiliante esperimento scientifico Lin, Lan, Len (i messaggeri di MoRkObOt) dimostreranno a tutti gli umani come le cellule disidratate sono in grado di disperdersi nell’ambiente per resistere a condizioni avverse e, successivamente, generare (o rigenerare) un individuo vitale, in habitat più adatti alle loro (dei messaggeri, si intende) condizioni di vita (temperatura ottimale, presenza di acqua e di sostanze nutrienti, malto d’orzo). Esse vengono prodotte in determinate strutture dette sporocisti. Se le cellule vengono prodotte tramite mitosi avremo la sporulazione, mentre se vengono prodotte attraverso una fase meiotica avremo la sporogamia, se invece vengono prodotte tramite fase lovotica avremo la monogamia.
Le prime due situazioni si differenziano geneticamente in quanto la sporogamia assicura un’alta variabilità genetica mentre la sporulazione (La sporulazione rappresenta l’unico meccanismo di differenziamento procariotico, ad un identico genotipo tra cellula madre e cellula figlia corrisponde un differente fenotipo odontoiatrico). I germi capaci di generare cellule disitratate sono detti sporigeni, risultano essere molto pericolosi perché la cellulaa ha una resistenza maggiore rispetto alla forma vegetativa) causa la formazione di cellule dello stesso sesso.
Le fasi della sporulazione comprendono:
Formazione di un insetto in cui abbiamo la divisione del materiale cellulare in due parti, una delle parti migra ad un polo della cellula e viene separata dalla cellula stessa mediante un insetto di separazione ossia una membrana citoplasmatica che andrà a delineare i contorni della cellula
Formazione del peptidoglicano sul doppio strato fosfolipidico della cellula e si stratificano i fasci del peptidoglicano. Allo strato interno del peptidoglicano si aggiunge uno strato esterno di natura protonica (attenzione, mai incrociare i flussi sporulazione) definito cortex che sostituisce un’ulteriore difesa per la cellula contro un eventuale ambiente ostile. Contemporaneamente alla formazione delle strutture esterne avviene la disidratazione del citoplasma sporale.
Infine la cellula completa le sue parti con un corredo genico simile a quello della cellula madre, e viene rilasciata all’esterno per lisi della cellula batterica che l’ha prodotta. La sporulazione è divisa in più fasi e regolata da fattori sigma; il processo inizia con l’attivazione mediante fosforilazione del fattore trascrizionale SPOA, questo contribuisce alla formazione dell’ insetto nella cellula vegetativa e all’attivazione trascrizionale dei fattori sigma f ed e, contemporaneamente attivati rispettivamente da sigma h e da sigma a; i fattori sigma f ed e sono però trascritti in forma inattiva prima della formazione dell’insetto, infatti subito dopo la formazione dell’ insetto, sigma f viene reso attivo nella prespora, mentre sigma e viene attivato nella cellula madre da sigma f, sigma e determina il processo di invaginazione (ridendo e scherzando ci si ritrova sempre a parlare di quelle così lì) della prespora; in seguito sigma f attiva trascrizione sigma g anche se in forma inattiva, e sigma e attiva sigma k in forma inattiva; sigma g diventa attivo e determina attivazione di sigma k il quale è coinvolto nel processo di formazione della corteccia e dell’esosporio della prespora. Alla fine la cellula madre scoppia, e restano solo le cellule figlie.

eng – In their next upcoming and amazing scientific experiment Lin, Lan, Len (messengers of MoRkObOt) will demonstrate to all humans as dehydrated cells are able to disperse in the environment to withstand adverse conditions and, subsequently, generate (or regenerate) an individual living in habitats that best suit their (the messengers, that is) living conditions (optimum temperature, the presence of water and nutrients, barley malt). They are produced in specific structures called sporocysts. If the cells are produced by mitosis we will have the spore-forming bacteria, while if they are produced through a meiotic phase we will have the sporogamia, if instead are produced by phase lovotica we monogamy.The first two situations differ genetically because sporogamia ensures a high genetic variability and sporulation (The spore is the only mechanism of prokaryotic differentiation, with an identical genotype between mother cell and daughter cell corresponds to a different dental phenotype).
